1. Private Access Only

DXBOY access is private and manually reviewed. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, activation, renewal, or continued access. DXBOY may approve, reject, pause, limit, or revoke access at its discretion.

2. Software Access Only

DXBOY provides private access to license-controlled MT5 software tools for approved users. DXBOY does not manage client funds, does not hold client money, does not trade on behalf of clients, and does not provide investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, fund management, or account management services.

3. License-Controlled Use

Access may be controlled through private license codes. Each license is issued for the approved user, MT5 account login, broker server, platform, access type, account size, and access period. Sharing, reselling, copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or distributing any DXBOY robot file, license code, system logic, or private access method is not allowed.

4. Demo and Real-Money Access

• Demo access is for testing only and may be limited to demo accounts.
• Real-money access is provided only after manual approval, payment where applicable, license activation, and risk acceptance.
• Minimum balance, account type, broker compatibility, and plan rules may apply before access is approved.
• DXBOY may reject or delay access if account details, broker server, platform, or request information are incomplete or unsuitable.

5. Plan Caps and Upgrade Rules

DXBOY plans may include account-size limits, operation caps, license periods, and upgrade rules. A plan cap is a license operation limit, not a profit target or profit guarantee. If account balance or equity reaches or exceeds the plan cap, DXBOY software may stop opening new trades while the account remains above the allowed plan range. Access may resume if the account balance or equity returns within the allowed plan range, subject to active license status, account binding, broker server matching, risk controls, and manual review where required.

Large deposits, withdrawals, broker changes, MT5 account changes, server changes, suspicious activity, or account-size changes may require manual review or re-approval. Annual access, if approved, controls the license period only and does not remove the plan cap, account-size limit, or risk controls.

6. No Profit Guarantee

DXBOY does not guarantee profits, fixed returns, account growth, performance, or loss protection. Trading involves risk, and any trading robot, software tool, strategy, signal, or automated system can experience losses, drawdown, slippage, technical issues, broker limitations, platform disconnection, and unexpected market conditions.

7. User Responsibility

• You are fully responsible for your own trading decisions and account activity.
• You are responsible for choosing your broker, leverage, account type, lot size, deposit amount, VPS, platform, and risk exposure.
• You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
• You must monitor your own account, margin level, platform connection, and open positions.
• You must review and accept the Risk Disclaimer before requesting real-money access.

8. Payments and Renewals

Paid access may be offered for weekly, monthly, private, or custom periods. Access starts only after approval, payment confirmation, and license activation. Renewals are not automatic unless confirmed. DXBOY may change pricing, access periods, plan rules, approval requirements, or license conditions at any time.

9. Access Suspension or Revocation

DXBOY may suspend, revoke, or refuse access if there is misuse, unauthorized sharing, chargeback activity, false information, platform incompatibility, account mismatch, broker mismatch, license abuse, plan-cap violation, or violation of these terms.

10. Platform Compatibility

Platform compatibility is reviewed manually. DXBOY currently focuses on MT5 unless custom approval is given. DXBOY does not guarantee support for every trading platform, broker, account type, server, symbol name, or trading environment.

11. Website and Support

DXBOY support is handled through official website forms and email. Do not send passwords, broker login credentials, investor passwords, or private account access details. DXBOY may request non-sensitive account information required for license activation, account binding, and support review.

12. Updates and Changes

DXBOY may update these Terms of Use, Risk Disclaimer, pricing, access rules, license rules, website content, software files, technical requirements, and support procedures at any time. Continued use of the website or access request process means you accept the latest terms.
